Implementation
We work with clients by assisting in the review of existing operations and procedures, specifying any required systems re-engineering, creating plans that outline responsibilities and timelines, and monitoring each step in the process.

Project Management
Examples of this include implementing EDI, interfacing with third party products such as industry specific software, remote communications with hand held devices etc.

Training
We provide training on all aspects on INSIGHT IMS software including use of the software, administration of the system etc.

Ongoing Support
We provide support via telephone, Web and onsite. This can cover day-to-day Help, ongoing Training, software upgrades etc.

Software tailoring
If you have a need for any unique features (company or industry specific) this can be accommodated.

Hardware
In partnership with IBM Australian we can provide high quality and affordable servers configured to customer’s requirements.

Finance
In partnership with IBM Global Finance we can provide financing of software, hardware and services to approved customers. No longer do you have to postpone vital IT projects, even if software is the majority of the amount being financed.
