• Create, manage and convert quotations to Jobs/Projects
• Achieve optimum outcomes and improve efficiency when creating Jobs/Projects by using:
  • Copy function to create a new Job/Project
  • Predefined Job Types and Operations
  • Predefined skill sets matched to operations for selecting the most appropriate employee and/or subcontractor for an operation
• If a contract exists create, schedule and monitor all Jobs relating to the contract including predefined scheduled work
• Manage and track all warranty work
• Incorporates serial and lot tracking for the master item and all parts used
• Caters for multi departments
• Attach notes and alerts to each Job/Project
• Email internally and externally confirmations and correspondence
• Interface with third party software i.e. Call centre etc.
• Schedule Jobs/Projects
• Create work orders incorporating materials and equipment, employees and/or subcontractors, and any instructions/notes required
• Have unlimited number of work orders per Job/Project
• Produce Purchase orders for parts and subcontractors
• Produce picking tickets and delivery dockets for parts and material required
• Invoice customer and track both the initiator and billed customer for work done on behalf of third party customers
• View progressive and final details covering all aspects of the Job/Project, including profitability, utilising onscreen enquiries, drill downs, and reports
